Currently when dynamic reconfigure generates .h files from cfg files, they are created with:

  • BSD Boiler plate
  • a 2008 Willow Garage copyright notice
  • Blaise Gassend as the author

This is not a big issue, but I think that that text should not be added, or even better make it configurable. The later seems more complex (both in the code and when using dynamic reconfigure), and probably not worth it.
