Feature to show deprecation warning on using ROS message #67

Is there way to achieve this?
I have some ROS messages which are migrated to other package and deprecated.

I have a plan to add this feature to genpy and gencpp, to show deprecation warning on being included in a node.

There is currently no such functionality.

The question would be when and how should the deprecation warning be shown.
