roswtf: not including tfwtf plugin anymore in groovy

roswtf does not include the tfwtf plugin anymore. At least it neither states any plugin loading nor does the tfwtf checks show (which must have been in one case).

This worked and works in fuerte, but not in groovy.

As I can import tf.tfwtf in python I assume that plugin is existent and visible, so the loader in roswtf might be broken.

Tested on two machines running groovy on Ubuntu 12.04.
