follow-up of #235 (comment)

The public rcl_yaml_node_struct_print prints a single type of structures and doesn't allow to chose the destination of the print.

We should provide utilities to provide a pretty string representation of the structure that could then easily be printed to:

  • string
  • stream
  • topic
    ...
