This repository contains the code for reproducing Figure XX in the paper Biddle, Martinez-Corral, Wong, Gunawardena, 2021, first published in bioRxiv with doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.12.10.420117 and finally published in XX. Please cite XX if using this code in the future. 

The notebooks step1 and step3 should be executed in order to be able to reproduce the Figure.

Notebook step2 shows a couple of examples of the parameter set search. The search was initially done in the HMS O2 cluster, and code to reproduce such search and analyse it is in folder clustersearch.
