- Unstarted - speaks for itself!
- Started - developer has started working on the feature. Code lives only in Development and Git!
- Finished - developer has completed the feature. Code is pushed to Staging for QA testing.
- Delivered - feature has passed QA testing in Staging and is now pushed to Production behind a feature flag.
- Accepted - feature has been approved by the client in Production and the feature flag is REMOVED.
- Rejected - feature has been rejected by the client and requires some modifications.
