For Developers:
To install the DevWell Chrome Extension, follow these steps:

Clone the repository to your local machine or download the ZIP file.

Open Google Chrome and go to
chrome://extensions/. -
Enable "Developer mode" in the upper right-hand corner.

Click on the "Load unpacked" button.

Navigate to the directory where you cloned or extracted the extension's files and select the "DevWell" folder.

The extension should now be installed and active in your Chrome browser.
Once the DevWell Chrome Extension is installed, you can start using it right away. Here's how it works:

The extension will run in the background, monitoring the time spent on open tabs.

Every 90 minutes, a popup notification will appear with an exercise suggestion and a GIF demonstrating the exercise.

You will also receive periodic reminders to drink water to stay hydrated.
