NFL Blitz has regressed further with TSX and now freezes constantly in the menus. SPU threads = 2 or Auto. Fine if TSX is disabled.

Windows 10 64-bit
GeForce GTX 1080
i7-6700k @ 4GHZ
16GB RAM

Performance with SPU threads set to 2 seems acceptable in persona 5 again. Couldn't find any regressions.

Unfortunately issue #6119 is not fixed

It's better, but not fixed I'd say.

Before the regression, TSX On + SPU 2=60fps (mostly steady) OR SPU Auto=30-40fps.

As of latest commit:
SPU Auto (10-20 fps):

With TSX off, game is pretty much full speed all the time - so TSX on is slower still in this game.
