Hi Ryan,
The mysql client init process is broken since they changed the mysql npm package too drastically. Throws a deprecated warning. It's quite easy to fix for someone using your library but it's of annoying.
That's why I applied that simple patch for you in case you want update node-migrate.
Anyway, keep up the good work.
