Deprecate configuration methods:

  • order_examples
  • order_groups
  • order_groups_and_examples
  • order
  • randomize?
  • order = 'default'

Deprecate CLI options:

  • --order default

Should we warn if anyone uses :order metadata on their example group in 2.99? It's meaning will change from being custom user metadata to being something RSpec uses, which could use surprises.
