Add UI to make it clear that you can click through search results using the search tool

We've been using bookdown for our RStudio admin guides (http://docs.rstudio.com) for years, but I only realized when looking at #657 that you can use the arrow keys to move between search results within a section - this isn't how search functions work in most other instances (e.g. in your browser) and it's not likely that users are going to know that it's an option unless they know that the doc was written in bookdown (and that this is how search works in bookdown!).

It'd be great if some additional UI could be added here to add clickable arrows to make it clear that you can move up/down through the available search results, similar to how it appears when doing a simple Ctrl-F in your browser:

Related: #697 - the up/down need to be discoverable. Arrows as described here would also be really helpful.

Thanks for the suggestion! I have added the information to the placeholder text and the tooltip of the search input. Hopefully it will be easier for users to know how to navigate through the search matches:

It is technically challenging for me to add arrows to the UI, although that would be much nicer!
