@kevinykuo would be great to see this back on CRAN. Seems like a number of changes to Travis CI build are required - I can't quite see the logs to progress much further. Currently this is impacting mlflow. |

LazyData: trueseems to be the only indication as to why mleap has been removed from CRAN.There is no
data/folder so we can omit this and avoid the note occurring.
