Code Project Open License is not compatible with GNU General Public License #1893

See https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html#cpol for details. There are currently 2 components listed on the main repo page that are CPOLv1.02 licensed (WPF Localization Using RESX Files and Using Raw Input from C# to handle multiple keyboards).

RD should probably either do a black-box re-write, switch to license compatible code, or contact the authors about the possibility of relicensing their code with a more permissive license.

Totally forgot to close this. RawInput both re-licensed to GPL and their code is gone too.
