For setting up the project you're best off reading the README in the project itself or just join the IRC channel and ask questions ;)

The wiki is used for documenting the API.
If you are still using the initial beta API, please read the docs and move on to using the API described here!
At some point I will phase out the that old beta API, versions described here will remain and I'll ensure backwards compatibility for each version.
