This commit was converted from CVS to Subversion by cvs2svn, and then it was converted to Git by git-svn.
Prior to CVS, Ruby had been developed without a version control system, according to ruby-dev:1244.
Therefore, we built a pseudo commit history from released archives available today: https://github.com/ruby/ruby/commits/v1_0_971225
