Less repeating, and less confusing for RDoc. Before this commit RDoc picked the NORETURN lines as the definition of the methods.

Kernel. RDoc started to not pick up the docs for these methods when theNORETURNdeclaration was added. The first commit in this PR helps RDoc find the correct function definition for these methods and the second one helps RDoc find the docs.
