Partners can only see 25 results at a time for children and family index

Describe the bug

Megan had reported a bug noticed by partners where they said:

Can’t scroll to see Families or Children, must type name in search box to find

On inspection, it turns out that the .pagination is causing the results to only show 25 at a time. Pagination normally would be great but in this case, our users benefit from not having to click through.

To Reproduce

1. Log in as a partner
2. Goto the families & children page. (Children might be better to demonstrate this)
3. Notice that the children list only shows 25 (Kanimari's default) but the partner 30+ children records.

Expected behavior
Should show all children associated in results
