bucketing namespace/operations, so you can see whether a large number of operations occurred within a given unit of time.

added histogram plots (--type histogram). This closes #25.

Minor interface change: plot now takes 4 parameters, also submits the number of total plots.

Implemented. histogram plots can be created with any of

mplotqueries --type histogram
mplotqueries --type histogram --bucketsize 3600
mplotqueries --type histogram -b 1

The default bucket size is 60 seconds.
