Do issues #1441 and #1626 cover your problem?

Are you playing it on a website like Newgrounds or Internet Archive?
Which browser?
Are you using the extension?
Or are you perhaps using the desktop build?

Is there a crash? A visual glitch? Some screenshots or a recording would help, as well as some steps to reproduce it if the crash/glitch isn't immediate. Even if it's a white or black screen with no sound, it's worth mentioning!

Without additional information the developers won't be able to fix it to their best ability, especially if they can't reproduce it themselves. :)

Looks like an issue with how Ruffle is implemented on that site. Loading up the SWF on the Ruffle demo works fine.

@arthurgps2, it seems that Ruffle doesn’t have the required server configuration (as explained at https://github.com/ruffle-rs/ruffle/wiki/Using-Ruffle#configure-webassembly-mime-type).
