Deep link to UI not honoured is user authenticates (2.0.x)

MartinCleaver: The problem we saw with login, was, even if we send them to a deep location in the UI, the process of them authenticating takes them to the dashboard and not to where we pointed them to.
Alex-SF: although i think given a deep link, a user should be redirected back to that link after login

• Login
• Visit a job run page (e.g. http://192.168.50.3:4440/project/prod/job/show/e385d7bc-f2bd-4a71-809b-0dfae48ae02d)
• Log out
• Change browser location back to same job run page
• After login redirection, page returned is project listing menu (should be back to job run page)
