script-based file-copier plugin: always pass a destination path

The script-based file copier plugins should always receive a ${file-copy.destination} value when invoked. If it is a temp file for a script execution, the destination path should be generated based on the source file name and the value of the file-copy-destination-dir node attribute if present, or default remote temp dir for the type of node.
