Updates the Plugins/Repo pages/components to include:

For installed plugins:

• a list and detail view of the plugins installed
• the ability to uninstall a plugin from the above view
• updates to the UI to make better use of available space

For plugin repos:

• tightening up the UI to make better use of available space drawing from the UI changes to installed plugins view

Controller changes:
a minor change was made to the URLmappings for Repositories, in which the route dropped the /repository/${REPO_NAME} property as it is unnecessary.
