update reference for parsing XLSX files #22

replace reference to Spreadsheet::XLSX with Spreadsheet::ParseXLSX as the former is utterly broken[1] whereas the latter is much more compatible with a) this module, and b) XLSX file [1] https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Dist/Display.html?Name=Spreadsheet-XLSX and specifically https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=112599
