The rigid body equations in terms of \qddot are presently written as:
q¨=M^{−1}(q)[τg(q)+Bu−C(q,q˙)]

but it seems that it should be:
q¨=M^{−1}(q)[τg(q)+Bu−C(q,q˙)q˙]
