docker-fusion

Volumetric image registration algorithm integrated into Stanford University's ePAD Imaging Platform. View full documentation on the ePAD website.

For Version 1 (PCA-based image fusion and subtraction), use this release or the source code from this branch. The Version 1 branch and release also include a UI for visualizing fusion results.

To test the volumetric image registration algorithm, do the following:

  1. Execute the following commands:
git clone https://github.com/rvignav/docker-fusion.git
cd docker-fusion
jupyter notebook Registration.ipynb
  1. Run the notebook. The registered series will now be in the Output folder.
