Add some sort of progress indicator.

Not sure exactly what the right tool for this would be something like the nice spinner that ember-cli uses would work, but it would be nice to have an actual progress indicator.

We might be able to use the first walkSync results to do a rudimentary progress indicator based on percentage through the list of files...
