This PR adds a new boolean option
mongo-validate-pem-filethat when set tofalsewill use themgoclient drivers option to toggle disable the validation of TLS certificates. This will allow the use of self-signed certs. The default is for the option to be disabled thereby falling inline with existingmonstachebehaviour of requiring valid certificates.
