This should be removed as soon as possible and released.

Please release a new version as soon as possible.
It is also recommended to add a note to the README file that the previous versions use distribute and you should upgrade as soon as possible.

Integrated to v0.2.6 and pushed to PyPI: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/sphinx-bootstrap-theme/0.2.6
