Now that reapi can register custom ammo, I added proper support for secondary ammo. Also I added some extra EF_ flags that I requested a time ago, so I made it myself

Now that reapi can register custom ammo, I added proper support for secondary ammo.
Also, I added some extra EF_ flags that I requested a time ago, so I made it by myself.
Any stupid typo I made please let me know.
Compiled in Debian and tested in ubuntu, works fine.
