iCal makes the assumption that the sync-report is available, even though it's not. Presumably this has to do with the fact that we do unfortunately emit a sync-token property, but it's not correct.

The right way to solve this, is by using some other sabredav property that we map to sync-token, only when the plugin is enabled. This was revealed through #493
