This testnet introduces the Random X mining algorithm, as well as the Protobuf endpoints which are consumed by the gosafex rpc middleware.
Additional updates to this testnet release include Safex Account file creation with keys, a recover feature for the file incase of making a new wallet and import of those Safex Account data.
This is the second testnet instance following the TestNet1 where Account Creation was introduced.
