For some Python packages, sage --package create --pypi writes the full text of the BSD license.
That's too much.

$ ./sage -package create nbclient --pypi
Downloading tarball from https://pypi.io/packages/py3/n/nbclient/nbclient-0.9.0-py3-none-any.whl to /Users/mkoeppe/s/sage/sage-rebasing/worktree-pristine/upstream/nbclient-0.9.0-py3-none-any.whl
