Feture request - define gallery title by cmd-line parameter

Hello,

woul that be possible to define gallery title with some command-line parameter instead of writing it to a specila file within image dir?

Cmd-line parameters ussualy have precedence over those in config file, so probably best would be to see if there is a cmd-line pararm fo title and if not use the one specified in file (if any).

I'm using sigal for generating a few galleries every week and is quite annoying to make an extra file in image dir just for the title.
