Issue

After Upgrade from 7.7.1 to 7.8.1 the ability to search and filter on Module List View is missing. This is across all modules. We are using SuiteR theme. https://suitecrm.com/forum/developer-help/12985-list-view-search-form-does-not-display

Expected Behavior

Search and filter forms should be present.

Actual Behavior

See Link above.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to SuiteR theme and upgrade from 7.7.1 to 7.8.1
  2. QRR
  3. Set $sugar_config['save_query'] to 'populate_only';
