This updates as many
oclifdependencies as I could without breaking things.@oclif/config- can't update because it doesn't play nice with filesystem-mocking in our Mocha tests (Can't find package.json oclif/oclif#182). We'll have to find another solution.@oclif/plugin-command-snapshot- has breaking changes, not addressing for now@oclif/plugin-help- ditto
