What does this PR do?
Support docker-compose up to version 1.9.0 (rc1)
This is regarding PR #37215 which can now be closed.
I know I said we should not support all the versions but it was pretty easy to do so might as well as long as it does not require a hughe amount of work.
I tested this module with dockercompose >= 1.5.0 and <= 1.9.0rc2
@cachedout if you are happy you can merge this.
