@mchugh19 Thanks for submitting this to the 2017.7 branch. I'll close this one since 2017.7 changes will be merged-forward to develop. That way we don't have to track 2 review processes. :) Thanks! |

What does this PR do?
Disables rh_service.py on Amazon Linux 2
Previous Behavior
service.running states ran via rh_service.py rather than systemd and failed.
New Behavior
Systemd is used to manage service calls and runs properly.
