Update to archive directory #57

Update archive directory code based on recent changes to pysat. Default system will create a sami2py_data directory in user's home directory if a directory is not specified by the user.

Include instructions in README.md for setting

After discussion, code currently handles this by prompting user to specify directory. To close, we just need a note in the readme.
