Tubi.tv stopped working

• Metastream Version: Not sure, the newest one available on 8/2/2019
• Browser + Version: Chrome - 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) 64-bit
• OS Version: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Watched a movie almost all the way to the end and it stopped.
2. Tried reloading the video to finish the last bit and it said "Tubi.tv refuses to connect."
3. Some of the ads would cause other browser tabs to open for the sites being advertised, and at other times it would just go dark or pause the movie requiring the user to hit "interact" and play the video again manually.

For 2, it's likely related to #135.

For 3, ads generally cause issues for Metastream due to their nature of interrupting content. Likely the only way forward here is to use an adblocker unless I can come up with better ways to handle them in Metastream.
