Create an API endpoint that sends an admin invite to an email #122

The endpoint should also:

  • Create a unique link that takes the user to the signup page
  • The link should expire after some time, or after the admin signs up

Testing: Ensure that you receive the email, that you cannot use the link after a period of time, and that you cannot use the link after the password has been reset
