Offer the same functionality as we have in Watopia but then for Makuri Islands.

Segments for Makuri Islands have been generated, now for turns and spawn points:

Game coordinate conversions have been implemented for all Zwift worlds which removes the blocker for Makuri Islands.

Makuri Islands test route as shown in the Runner:

and in-game it works too:

Segments and turns for Makuri Islands are now at a level that you can plan routes:

The turn matching logic needs to be changed so that Runner can handle arbitrary turns better.
