Hi @andrewjpage
I see a series of errors that look similar to the following. I'm running roary on the 'fixed' gff files (roary -f roary_mbov_fixed fixed_input_files/*.gff). These are on sequences directly downloaded from refseq. I've, therefore, not run prokka, yet. Any suggestions on how to avert this issue? Thanks!
I'm posting the Q here since this was the most meaningful hit for this error from the roary issues page.
