Task: pubmlstspecies

This looks up all the available species that can be downloaded from pubmlst. There are no options, simply run

ariba pubmlstspecies

and it will list all the species it finds:

Achromobacter spp.
Acinetobacter baumannii#1
Acinetobacter baumannii#2
Aeromonas spp.
... etc ...
Yersinia ruckeri
Yersinia spp.
