Stopped forcing eutheria_odb10

Something I forgot to include in the previous release, and became a necessity now that we're running both genome-note and blobtoolkit: both need to default to the same lineage !
We will fix that properly in a later release, cf #100

The CI error looks like Nextflow 24.01-edge doesn't understand the closures from conf/base.config any more ?! It may be related to bumping the Groovy version in that release.
