Maintenance

Hi @sanichi!

I just spent some time exploring performance improvements for elm-md5 and noticed in #2 that you're no longer terribly interested in maintaining this package.

So, in the interest of saving you some time and effort, I'd like to propose adopting this package by publishing a fork. Naturally, the license and copyright notice will be left intact 🙂

If you'd prefer to make different arrangements, let me know and we can figure out a comfortable path forward.

Alright, awesome! I don't think there is much to be done from your end. I'll go ahead and publish the fork later on. If you so choose, you could decide to link to it from the README, but even that might not be strictly required - once 0.19 goes live, I presume people will just switch to whatever package offers what they're looking for 😄
