Steps after creating a repo with this template

1. Find and replace all instances of template with the proper word / ID / etc
2. Ensure the primary branch is called main
3. Ensure branch protection is on
4. Disable Packages from being included in the repository homepage
5. Enable Codecov for the repository
6. Remove --dry-run from line 47 in continuous-delivery.yml to enable publishing to NPM
7. Remove this section from the README
