Generating SBML-RDF

  1. Download rdf-sbml-jar-with-dependencies.jar file from dist folder
  2. Setup input and output file paths in sbml-config.properties file within the jar
  3. run the jar file with option 3 which generates sbml/rdf files for a given folder with sbml/xml files java -jar rdf-sbml-jar-with-dependencies.jar 3
