== What is this? ==

A simple JavaScript-based Countdown timer.

Can be used in action:
 - http://sbeyer.github.com/Frickeltimer/
 - Perhaps you have to activate JavaScript and allow popups.
 - It is always the version on GitHub's master branch.

== Why is this? ==

I (Stephan Beyer) needed a simple countdown timer (for Linux).
I needed it fast.
I did not find one.
This piece of code is the consequence.

== Where did I get it from? ==

== What is the name all about? ==

"Frickel" is the stem of the German verb "frickeln". Any questions? ;)
