This is regarding the consistency of the fluxes in iIT341, when used with COBRA Toolbox.
When I run an optimizeCbModel on the model, the reaction HEMEti, reaction ID (302) carries a flux, albeit very small.
However, when I run a FVA on it, the min and max fluxes that the reaction HEMEti can carry is 0.
Hence, in one analysis, HEMEti appears to be carrying flux, while in the other it is a zero flux reaction.
I am not sure about whether the issue should be raised in opencobra/cobratoolbox or here.
Any help in this regard would be immensely helpful. Thank you!
