…dependencies in maven repo.
Some more build yak shaving, and adding in the sonatype publishing hooks. Also bump version to 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT in lieu of pending 1.0.0 release.

A bunch of yak shaving and reworkings so we can publish to maven. Additonally, an attempt at a decent structure.
Comments welcome. I'm happy with how the build works, but i'm still unhappy with how it looks. Need ideas to go further.
